Speaker: Carlo Cavazzoni, Head of Computational R&D, and Director of the HPC Lab presso Leonardo
The IV edition of the MHPC annual event, entitled "HPC: challenge the present to innovate the future”, will take place in the afternoon of the third day of the course "Supercomputing in industry and services - Value added to production with AI, Big DATA and HPC" and will include the round table "Innovation challenges in today's business: HPC and higher education, stimulating the competitiveness of the territory" involving different stakeholders from the HPC field.
The program is the following:
- 2pm - Welcome and MHPC Diplomas & Best Thesis 2020-21;
- 2:45pm - Lectio Magistralis - Carlo Cavazzoni, Head of Computational R&D, and Director of the HPC Lab presso Leonardo;
- 3.30pm - break
- 4pm - "Innovation challenges in today's business: HPC and higher education, stimulating the competitiveness of the territory" - the round table will be held in italian.
A networking aperitif will follow.
