Introduction to Scientific Python

This is a comprehensive beginner-level course designed to equip students with a solid foundation in Python programming. Participants  will first learn about fundamental Python concepts and then be introduced to the object-oriented side of Python. The course also delves into the most common Python packages, including NumPy and Scipy for numerical computations, Matplotlib for data visualization and many others. Advanced topics such as parallelization will also be covered, introducing students to MPI4Py and Numba, tools that enhance performance and scalability of Python programs. By the end of this course, students will have mastered the essentials of Python programming, from basic syntax to advanced computational techniques and object-oriented principles.
